The swearing-in at the end of this first phase of training "represents the solid pact and permanent commitment binding the conscripts to His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces," he noted, urging the conscripts to continue their efforts during the next phase with more diligence and commitment in order to take full advantage of the programmes and resources made available to them by the Royal Armed Forces to succeed in their professional training, enabling them to join the ranks of the FAR or the labour market equipped with proven skills.
Furthermore, he paid tribute to the instructors, officers, non-commissioned officers, and enlisted personnel for their efforts and dedication in training and supervising the conscripts, with pride and honour, in accordance with the High Royal Instructions aimed at succeeding in this noble mission.
