At the end of four months of intensive military training, focused on civic and physical education, the 200 recruits of the 39th contingent took their oath during a ceremony presided over by Colonel-Major Rachid Akkaoui. The latter praised the discipline and diligence of the young recruits, describing this first phase as the "cornerstone" of their journey.
