Kick-off of the Moussem of Sidi Bouâbid Cherki

Bejaâd was, last Wednesday, at the time of the inauguration of its famous Moussem of Sidi Bouâbid Cherki. Thousands of visitors from all regions of the Kingdom met there that day. More than 1,500 horsemen and horses, as well as dozens of caidal tents, dominated the large square reserved for the fantasia. Various exhibitions of local products and handicrafts, reflecting the characteristics of the region, were organised, as well as operations to distribute support products for the benefit of disabled and sick people, as well as school bags and supplies for needy students. During the Moussem, visitors also have appointments with conferences and symposiums around Sidi Bouâbid Cherki, competitions for memorising and reciting the Quran, artistic evenings, and various shows.
