National Hassani Theatre Festival

The third edition of the National Hassani Theatre Festival (FNTH) is being held from 17 to 19 December in the capital of the Souss, at the initiative of the "Ouafae Agadir Theatre Troupe". This event aims to promote Hassani theatre by spreading Hassani culture nationwide as a component of Moroccan culture and identity, the fourth art being an expressive mode that allows for the development of artistic visions and thus brings the spectator closer to this culture, indicates a press release from the organisers.This third version of the Festival also aims to contribute to developing professional theatrical practice in the southern regions of the Kingdom, to highlight the assets and particularities of Hassani theatre, while strengthening the links between artists and actors from different backgrounds.
