The International University of Agadir (Universiapolis) and the Poznan University of Medical Sciences (Poland) proceeded, on December 5, to the signing of a partnership agreement which should constitute a contractual framework to promote exchange and synergy between the two university institutions.
During the signing ceremony, Aziz Bouslikhane, president of Universiapolis, emphasized the importance of the multidimensional cooperation woven between the Kingdom and Poland. Which is driven by the common denominators uniting the two countries, including strategic, political, and economic choices, multipartyism, the promotion of human rights, and economic reforms.
Regarding the agreement signed that day, he stressed that it covered a new field, that of medical, pharmaceutical sciences, and health professions. This is a new strategic orientation, because Poland is considered a model country in terms of medical science education. Also, the Poznan University of Medical Sciences is recognized for the diversity of its programs and the dynamic of its academic and scientific structures. It is endowed with several accreditations granted by Canada, the USA, and the United Kingdom.
Other partnership agreements were also signed, including one between the Poznan University of Technology and the Universiapolis engineering school, which welcomes Polish professors every year. For its part, the University of Poznan also welcomes students from Universiapolis wishing to pursue their studies at this establishment.
Since its creation 25 years ago, Universiapolis has signed agreements with partners in North America, Europe, and Asia. The choice of Poland as a partner is justified by a desire to encourage students to evolve in English-speaking countries renowned for the quality of their education.
