The urban commune of Agadir (CUA) postponed, during its ordinary assembly of the February session held on Wednesday in Agadir, to 11 March the examination of its 2012 administrative account. This assembly, punctuated by a number of protests of a social nature, also postponed to the same date the examination of the programming of the 2012 budgetary surplus, in addition to a project of cooperation and support between the CUA and the security services of the same city.

Besides the postponement of the request for the temporary exploitation of the forest domain for projects falling within the framework of the INDH and an expertise report relating to the remuneration of landowners concerned by roads and public equipment, this session postponed the examination of the recommendations of the traffic and circulation commission. The same Assembly decided to postpone the examination of the specifications relating to the exploitation of a commercial premises located at the Agadir municipal campsite and the examination of specifications relating to the exploitation of sanitary facilities in the territory of the commune, in addition to a draft convention which, linking the CUA and the Social Development Agency, should concern the equipping of neighbourhood houses with computer equipment.
