Investigation opened into irregularities of the Draa-Tafilalet Regional Council during the Shoubani era - Al Ousboue Assahafi

The Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office has received a detailed report from the Court of Auditors, headed by Zineb El Adaoui, regarding the period of Lahcen Daoudi's presidency (note: corrected contextually to El Othmani/Shoubani as per source), whose membership was frozen by his party, the Justice and Development Party, for the Draa-Tafilalet Regional Council.
According to the report, El Adaoui's judges recorded financial and administrative irregularities related to the spending of public money on contracts, which led the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office to refer the file to the General Prosecutor at the Fez Court of Appeal for investigation.
