Dakhla – The Provincial Human Development Committee of Aousserd approved, this Thursday at the headquarters of the province's annex in Dakhla, partnership agreements concerning several socio-economic projects.
During this meeting, chaired by the Governor of Aousserd Province, Mohamed Rochdi, members of the Provincial Human Development Committee approved, after re-deliberation, the partnership agreement for equipping and connecting the educational complex in the Bir Gandouz center to water and electricity, with a budget of approximately 340,000 dirhams.
The complex has been placed at the disposal of the Regional Directorate of Handicrafts in the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region, with the aim of bringing closer a number of training courses that include a group of productive and service crafts for the benefit of the population of Bir Gandouz in particular, and the population of the province in general.
On the same occasion, an agreement concerning the support of social and solidarity economy projects within the framework of the program for improving income and economic inclusion of young people for the year 2025 was studied and approved.
The Provincial Human Development Committee of Aousserd is contributing 450,000 dirhams to this agreement, which links it with a partner association that will work on supporting, supervising, and monitoring projects for the axes of improving income and economic inclusion of young people.
Within the framework of the social and solidarity economy axis for the year 2025, committee members approved, after re-deliberation, a partnership agreement to finance cooperatives and build and equip a solidarity Souk in Aousserd province, for which a budget estimated at 11 million dirhams has been allocated.
These projects are expected to benefit the population of Aousserd province, especially as they aim to contribute to increasing the income of a number of families, creating job opportunities, and fighting vulnerability.
