During this meeting, chaired by the Governor of the Aousserd province, Mohamed Rachdi, the members of the Provincial Human Development Committee, after re-deliberation, approved the partnership agreement for the equipping and connection of the educational complex in the Bir Gandouz centre to water and electricity, with a budget of approximately 340,000 dirhams.
The complex has been placed at the disposal of the Regional Directorate of Handicrafts in the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region, with the aim of providing various training courses covering a range of productive and service-oriented crafts for the benefit of the population of Bir Gandouz in particular, and the population of the province in general.
On the same occasion, an agreement was studied and approved regarding the support of social and solidarity economy projects within the framework of the program for income improvement and economic inclusion of young people for the year 2025.
The Provincial Human Development Committee of Aousserd is contributing 450,000 dirhams to this agreement, which links it with a partner association that will work on supporting, framing, and monitoring projects related to income improvement and economic inclusion for young people.
Within the framework of the social and solidarity economy axis for the year 2025, the committee members, after re-deliberation, approved a partnership agreement to finance cooperatives and to build and equip a solidarity Souk in the Aousserd province, for which a budget of 11 million dirhams has been allocated.
These projects are expected to benefit the population of the Aousserd province, especially as they aim to contribute to increasing the income of a number of families, creating job opportunities, and fighting vulnerability.
