The Casablanca Stock Exchange extended its gains on Wednesday at midday, with its main index, the MASI, rising by 0.41% to 14,836.45 points (pts).
The MASI.20, an index comprising the 20 most liquid stocks, rose by 0.54% to 1,204.01 pts, and the MASI.ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, gained 0.47% to 1,051.5 pts.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap, a thematic index that calculates the performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, advanced by 0.47% to 1,501.57 pts. On the international front, the FTSE CSE Morocco 15 and the FTSE CSE Morocco All-Liquid posted respective increases of 0.04% to 13,841.88 pts and 0.19% to 12,454.15 pts.
