A key event for e-commerce in Africa, this exhibition is organised under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in partnership with the Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services, Technopark Maroc, the Transport and Logistics Federation, the Moroccan National Federation of the Digital Economy, as well as the Moroccan Association of Digital Transport and Logistics Companies.
This edition represents a unique opportunity for professionals in the digital and e-commerce sectors from around the world to meet and stay informed about the latest trends, the organisers highlighted during a press conference dedicated to announcing this event and its programme.
Over three days, the exhibition plans to welcome more than 100 exhibitors representing various key sectors of e-commerce, including delivery and logistics, e-commerce platforms, communication and advertising, printing and packaging, photography and digital marketing, and banks.
The programme includes 15 thematic panels led by experts who will explore the strategic challenges and latest trends in the sector. In addition, there are 63 workshops offering in-depth analyses of the challenges and opportunities of e-commerce.
Workshops are designed to meet the needs of visitors at three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
The 2024 edition, which follows two previous ones held in Agadir, was noted by the exhibition director, Issam El Friati, who added that this event is a privileged opportunity for young entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and companies to transition from traditional sales methods to e-commerce.
A sector that has gained considerable importance in recent years and contributes significantly to the development of the national economy, he noted, highlighting the now important role of electronic commerce in job creation.
For his part, the Vice-President of the Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services, Nabil Hormtallah, assured that the Chamber will spare no effort for the success of this exhibition, which he believes contributes to the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises by suggesting adapted and innovative digital solutions capable of improving their turnover and thus boosting the national economy.
