For its part, the "MASI.20" index, which reflects the performance of 20 companies listed on the stock exchange, recorded an increase of 0.37 per cent to 1,193.76 points, while the MASI.ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating, recorded an increase of 0.54 per cent to settle at 1,041.03 points.
In contrast, the "MASI Mid and Small Cap", a performance index for small and medium-sized companies listed on the stock exchange, recorded an increase of 0.49 per cent to settle at 1,520.81 points.
The "MASI" index had ended yesterday's trading, Monday, with a gain of 0.48 per cent.
The Casablanca Stock Exchange began its trading today, Tuesday, on a high note, as its main index "MASI" recorded a growth of 0.37 per cent to settle at 14,773.62 points.
