The accident occurred when a truck collided with the tramway station, causing the death of 3 people; one died at the scene of the accident, while the second victim passed away at the Mohammed V Hospital in Hay Mohammadi, according to the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection.
According to the same source, the third person died while the other two victims were being transported to the Ibn Rochd University Hospital, explaining that "the victims suffered serious injuries."
