Granting a new license to the transferee to continue the same wholesale fish sales activity as the transferor in the event of a business asset transfer, provided the transferee meets the conditions required for wholesale fish sales authorization. This decision is subject to the provisions of Decree No. 2.22.385, which defines the list of administrative decisions for investment projects with a processing time not exceeding 30 days.
