Tiztoutine (in Arabic: تزتوتين) is a town in Morocco. It is located in the Nador province in the Rif.

The town of Tiztoutine, founded by the Ouchnak and other local families, differs somewhat from its neighbours:

Towards the end of the 1920s, during the end of the Rif War which had greatly impoverished the Rifian people, Ben Ali Ouchnak created a solidarity community to survive. He created a barter system between neighbouring families. As money was scarce, he gave way to exchanges (sheep, vegetables, jewellery, fabrics, etc.) in the centre of this countryside, which became the local Souk and then the town of Tiztoutine. Subsequently, a future great Moroccan statesman, Ben Ali Mansouri, would be born in this town of Tiztoutine and would be named Ben Ali in honour of this man who contributed to the prosperity of this town.

Even today, in the town's Souk, bartering remains a custom, and the men remain united for the good of everyone.
