Storytelling session around the work "Five more minutes" in Tangier
Story The Cervantes Institute of Tangier will organise, on November 2nd, a storytelling session around the work "Five more minutes", intended for children aged 4 to 9, which addresses with humour and sensitivity the perception of time and the importance of enjoying the small moments of daily life. Through the eyes of a young protagonist, the story contrasts the frantic pace of adults and the ability of children to appreciate every moment. While his father seems always in a hurry and preoccupied with the passing of time, the child highlights everything that is possible to do in five minutes, such as jumping in puddles, juggling, or watching birds. This story thus invites young participants to discover another way of apprehending time and to become aware of the richness of the small pleasures of life, often neglected in the daily life of adults.
