International University Theatre Festival
Combining numerous assets, between natural beauty, exceptional geographical position and warm welcome, Tangier, a mythical and cosmopolitan city, has been designated to host the eighth edition of the International University Theatre Festival of Tangier (FITUT). "Theatre bears witness to the birth of Tangier-Metropolis" is the theme chosen for this edition organised at the initiative of the University Action Association of the ENCGT (National School of Commerce and Management of Tangier). If the mysterious city has been able to bewitch renowned artists: Eugène Delacroix, Henri Matisse, Paul Bowles, Paul Morand or even Jean Genet, it has done the same with university students passionate about theatre.This year, the Festival aims to be big and ambitious as usual.
