Engines will be revving in Tangier
The Tangier Automobile Grand Prix will take place this year on a new circuit, namely the road bypassing the Grand Stade de Tanger. Before this edition, the races took place on the circuit near the Corniche. "Exceptionally this year, we will perform on a new circuit adjacent to the Grand Stade de Tanger, whereas traditionally it is on the Corniche circuit that we perform, but for safety reasons and because of the presence of many speed bumps, we opted for the new circuit," Ahmed Fadli, president of the Tanger Racing Club, indicated to "Le Matin". And he continued: "The new 2,200-metre circuit consists of a variety of turns. This means that it will not be the performance of the car and the speed that will count, but the mastery of driving."
