The Artistic Days of the city of Safi will be held on December 14 and 15 under the banner "So as not to forget". This event will honour the artistic expressions characteristic of the Doukkala-Abda region, and will pay tribute to great names in theatre and television, the president of the regional section of the Moroccan Union of Theatre Professionals, which is organising the event, told MAP. The programme for these Days, organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, the Safi Basin Association, and the OCP Group, includes a play performed by the "Hamzat Wasl" troupe, a round table on "The history of the theatrical movement in Safi", in addition to tributes paid to the playwright Mohamed Madmoun, one of the pioneers of theatre in Safi, and to the director Mustapha Fakir.
