As part of the fight against school dropouts and academic failure, a major "Dar Taleb et Taliba" establishment has been built in the centre of the rural commune of Moulay Bouazza (Khénifra Province). This centre, which has a capacity of up to one hundred boarders, consists of two pavilions for boys and girls from underprivileged families.
It was built on an area of 3,000 m², with 1,012 m² covered, and includes facilities such as a refectory, a kitchen, two dormitories, a space reserved for disabled children, a multimedia room, administrative offices, a storage area for equipment, and sanitary blocks.
The funding for this establishment required a budget of 2.5 million dirhams. It was carried out within the framework of the INDH in partnership with the Initiative for Rural Development Association (AIDER), the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family and Social Development, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training on one hand, and the rural commune of Moulay Bouazza on the other.
This centre aims to motivate girls to become the "leaders of their classes" and to improve
the teaching conditions for the beneficiaries, while providing them with the necessary means, streamlining human resources, and upholding the principle of participatory action, all while aiming for the personal and socio-educational development of the young people in the Moulay Bouazza region.
