The programmes in question, designed by Junior Achievement Worldwide, will be deployed this year for the benefit of 1,000 young people with the aim of enabling them to create businesses, strengthen their entrepreneurship skills, and prepare for the labour market. Thus, there are three training programmes: "Company Program", "Career Success", and "Steer your Career", in addition to a cycle of interventions by professionals entitled "Business Leaders".
Speaking on the occasion of this new partnership, the United States Ambassador to Morocco, H.E. Dwight L. Bush, recalled the significant impact of Junior Achievement Worldwide, which benefits more than 10 million young people around the world through its entrepreneurship programmes. He added that the launch of this section in Fès represents an investment in the future and a contribution to the initiative's vision of enabling young people to realise their dreams.
For his part, the CEO of Injaz Al-Maghrib, M’hammed Abbad Andaloussi, stressed that it was necessary to develop an entrepreneurial culture for sustainable growth, through the exponential creation of businesses in Morocco. He indicated that the model developed by Junior Achievement Worldwide for entrepreneurship education, which consists of calling on volunteer advisors from the business world for the deployment of training programmes, plays a primary role in opening the world of training to its environment, a guarantee of improving the education system. It should be noted that the programmes deployed by Injaz Al-Maghrib are provided to students in public institutions and partner universities, with the aim of involving them in a practical experience that complements academic knowledge, based on the pedagogical method of learning by doing. On the sidelines of this meeting, Mr. Bush led a conference where he shared his experience and know-how with students from the Moulay Idriss high school in Fès, encouraging them to believe in their dreams and professional aspirations. This meeting is part of the launch of the "Business Leaders" conference cycle in the city of Fès, which enriches the pedagogical approach initiated by Injaz
Al-Maghrib.
A member of the Junior Achievement Worldwide network and the Injaz Al Arab network, Injaz Al-Maghrib is an association recognised as being of public utility, created in 2007 under the impetus of the SNI Group, whose mission is to reveal to young people their potential through the involvement of the company in public education.
