School dropout Forum in Fès on the fight against this phenomenon

A forum on the fight against school dropout will take place, Thursday, at the Regional Center for Training and National Meetings of Fès, around the theme “Youth Speak or young people express themselves”.Initiated jointly by the Non-Formal Education Directorate (DENF) of the Ministry of National Education and the ITQANE project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), this meeting will be mainly dedicated to the presentation of the results of a study on school dropout at the middle school level.While recalling that several initiatives have already been carried out to prevent school dropout in Morocco, the organizers believe, however, in a presentation note of the Forum, that “it is rare that young people are directly involved in the design of these initiatives, or that their opinion is taken into consideration”.This is how “Youth Speak or young people express th…
