Zaouïa El Khadra Association for Education and Culture: A circumcision operation for 350 children

On the occasion of the 10th birthday of Prince Moulay Hassan, the Zaouia El Khadra Association for Education and Culture organised a circumcision operation on Wednesday, 8 May in Fes for 350 children who are boarders at Quranic schools and others from modest families.“Circumcision is an important milestone in the life of a young Muslim boy; it is a customary and religious obligation that also requires resources nowadays.
