"We are delighted with the good development dynamic of the California Golf Resort project," is how Mohammed Yaccoubi, General Manager of Palmeraie Développement, describes the progress of the luxury residential complex that extends into the heart of the Bouskoura forest. Two years after the launch of its commercialisation, the said project represents a real success for the Palmeraie Group. The figures testify to this: 80% of the project is already sold. Modelled on the American style, the California Golf Resort is part of both a residential and tourist perspective. In terms of real estate, the construction of the villa and apartment phases is going well. "Of the 529 villas planned at the launch of the project, 170 have the occupancy permit, 120 of which were already ready for delivery in 2013," reports Mr Yaccoubi on the sidelines of a visit organised on Wednesday 16 April to the project. He specifies that "of this total, 70 homes are commercially delivered". On the apartment side, Palmeraie Développement announces the finalisation of the technical delivery of about a hundred units. The highlight of the visit was the new California Golf Resort duplex show homes. "The duplexes are spacious, bright and subtly arranged. Extending over an area ranging between 261 and 303 square metres, the duplexes have a large bay window with a view of the 18-hole golf course," explains Mr Yaccoubi. In addition to the construction of the roads and the various sewage networks, Palmeraie Développement has contracted with several major brands that have chosen to house themselves in the California Golf Resort shopping centre. The leisure aspect will be crowned, for its part, by the opening of the golf area next September. "The first nine holes have already been completed while the remaining 9 are in the process of finalisation," indicate the project managers. The Palmeraie Golf Resort does not break with animation, especially in the spring period. After several promotional events, including the famous "hot air balloon operation", the Palmeraie is launching a funfair in the heart of the California Golf Resort. The appointment is set every weekend until 18 May 2024. "It is a unique event of its kind through which we open ourselves to potential clients to discover the project in a family atmosphere marked mainly by an attractive programme," indicates the Group's General Manager. He continues: "we are organising in this sense an exceptional brunch on the site, Sunday 27 April, thus offering future buyers the opportunity to live the California Golf Resort experience". Mr Yaccoubi also indicates that this type of initiative is part of a perspective of proximity to the client. The goal is to satisfy them and present them with the progress of all the project's work. It is also a moment of exchange and listening to the various suggestions of the buyers. For those interested, participation in the funfair is by registration on the California Golf Resort website.
