The latest promotion from Prestigia for its Bouskoura Golf City project did not go unnoticed. The enticing offer from the Addoha Group whetted the appetite of a hundred families to acquire a property in the heart of the forest city. The trick was to offer a Fiat 500 to the new owners.

Success was at the rendezvous. “The balance sheet of the two promotional months is positive. We achieved 200 sales in this period. This reflects a good performance of our sales compared to the previous year. We therefore achieved a 10% increase compared to the previous year”, emphasizes Jawad Ziyat, Deputy General Manager of Prestigia, on the sidelines of a field visit to said project.

And to specify that “this promotion cost Prestigia 4% of the turnover of the houses sold”. Bouskoura Golf City therefore continues to steal the show from the Addoha Group's projects in the Greater Casablanca region. “It is a project that arouses great enthusiasm from the Casablanca population”, we learn from the officials. The finalization works for the remaining tranches are going well.

Likewise, the developer is delighted with the sales and delivery rates. “We proceeded with the sale of 1,689 units, or 65% of the residential. The rest should be sold by December 2014 at the latest”, specifies Mr. Ziyat. In the short term, Prestigia will proceed with the delivery of 700 homes, or 30% of the units by the end of the year.

Life has begun to take its rhythm within this gated community. The owners who have already moved in express their satisfaction with this choice. They have even grouped together in a condominium council, managed by the company K2 Syndicalia, to ensure the proper operation of the services.

On the infrastructure side, construction work is regular in order to guarantee the population of Bouskoura Golf City more proximity to Greater Casablanca. The construction of the Casa-Settat interchange has been launched for 2 months.

For a budget of 60 million dirhams, this project is financed by the economic interest group (GIE) including the 3 developers existing near the Bouskoura forest, including Prestigia. “The interchange will be the main access from the motorway to the urbanization zone of the new city of Bouskoura. It will allow residents to save 10 minutes on their journey and will be ready by May 2014”, explains Jawad Ziyat.

The attraction of the project lies in its 18-hole golf course which will see the light of day next December. If the first 9 holes are already ready, the seeding of the other 9 will take place next June.

Likewise, a Club House is under construction to be completed in November. The project also provides for the opening of a golf academy, a first in Casablanca which will thus allow enthusiasts of this sport to put their knowledge into practice and transmit this enthusiasm to those around them.
