The Mohammed VI Foundation for the Promotion of Social Works of Education-Training organised, on the 15th and 16th of the current month in Agadir, the second Regional Housing Crossroads at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services. The fair attracted more than 800 visitors and saw the participation of various actors in the real estate sector. This event is dedicated to the public teaching staff of the city of Agadir and its regions and sets itself the objective of informing about the latest housing offers at preferential prices and conditions. It also aims to strengthen the Education-Training Housing Guarantee Fund "Fogalef" by negotiating new preferential offers, through the signing of a series of conventions with real estate developers. Likewise, the Regional Fair aims to facilitate members' access to these new offers through the organisation of crossroads in various regions of the Kingdom.
"The constant improvement of the housing aid mechanism has made it possible to perpetuate and strengthen this service despite the difficult situation of the real estate sector. Thus, between 2010 and 2014, more than 30,000 members benefited from “Fogalef” loans for an amount of around 10 billion dirhams of guaranteed loans", indicates a statement from the Foundation.
