Mobilisation for the promotion of rural tourism

The Rural Tourism Development Network (RDTR) recently organised a meeting in Tata with local tourism stakeholders regarding ways to develop rural tourism in the Tata province. The objective of this meeting was to present the RDTR's experience to rural tourism stakeholders in Tata and to encourage them to join the network. Thus, and after exposing the problems faced by this sector of the tourism industry at the level of the Tata province, including the lack of basic infrastructure in some villages, training and supervision for entrepreneurs and tourism promoters, tourist entertainment, communication and promotion of the Tata region, several recommendations were formulated in order to promote this destination.
