Addis Ababa: Partnership agreement signed between the Chamber of Crafts of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region and the African Women in Processing Network

Signed by the President of the Chamber of Crafts of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region, Abderrahim Zemzami, and the Continental and North Africa Presidents of AWIP, Arzika Rabiatou Mamadou and Loubna Karroum respectively, this agreement is part of the framework for the development of the craft sector in Africa.


This partnership marks the beginning of an unprecedented collaboration between the Chamber of Crafts of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region and AWIP, the leading African network for women processors.


Under this agreement, both parties commit to developing craft capabilities and promoting continuous training initiatives covering the 54 countries of the continent.


African Women in Processing is a pan-African network dedicated to empowering women processors in value chains, especially in crafts, agri-food, and other creative industries.
