A new direct airline route connects Nador to Rabat

A new direct airline route between Nador El Aroui and Rabat-Salé airports was launched this Sunday. This service, operated by the company Air Arabia Maroc with the support of the Oriental Regional Council, marks an additional step in strengthening connectivity between the Oriental region and the rest of the Kingdom.
The first flight of this route took off in the presence of local figures, including the Governor of Nador Province, Jamal Chaarani, the President of the Regional Council, Mohamed Bouarourou, and the General Manager of Air Arabia Maroc, Leila Mechbal. This initiative is part of two conventions signed in October 2024 between the Oriental Regional Council, Air Arabia Maroc, and the Wilaya of the Oriental.
