Lack of qualification, a brake on INDH projects
Over the years, the INDH has allowed the province of Moulay Yacoub to emerge from the shadows. More than 400 socioeconomic and cultural projects have been set in motion since the launch of this initiative, with the creation of income-generating activities here, equipment, women's centres, and youth houses there, thus transforming the face of this predominantly rural province. The dynamic continues, moreover, with the realisation of nearly 215 projects from 2011 to 2014, reveals the provincial committee of the INDH of Moulay Yacoub during its ordinary session held recently at the province headquarters. These projects have absorbed a total budget of 63 million DH and have benefited nearly 89,000 people.
