Botola Pro D1 inwi: One weekend, four fixtures, from Meknès to Casablanca
4th day From COD Meknès–Union Touarga to Wydad–Amal Tiznit, via DH El Jadida–Moghreb de Tétouan and Wydad Témara–KAC Marrakech, the championship continues with four great fixtures on Saturday and Sunday. The 4th day of the Botola Pro D1 Inwi continues this weekend with four fixtures spread over two days, in Meknès, El Jadida, Rabat, and Casablanca. A programme that will see clubs from different regions of the Kingdom compete for precious points, with two matches each day, at 18:00 and then at 20:00. The weekend's kick-off will be given on Saturday, October 17 at 18:00 at the Stade d'Honneur in Meknès, where CODM will host Union Touarga. The Meknassis, at home, will seek to rely on the support of their public against a team from the capital that will try to leave with a positive result. Also on Saturday, at 20:00, the El Abdi stadium in El Jadida will serve as the setting for another fixture, between DHJ and MAT. The Doukkalis, encouraged by their first success of the season, will host a club that still cannot find its way as it still fails to secure a victory, settling for sharing points since the start of the championship. The next day, the day will begin at 18:00 at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat, with the reception of KAC Marrakech by Wydad de Témara. The Témaris, who play on their home turf, will be keen to win in front of their supporters against a Marrakchi team that will want to return from its trip with points. Finally, Wydad will host Amal Tiznit on Sunday at 20:00 at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca, to close this series of matches. The Red and Whites, at home, will try to win and above all to reconcile with their public, against a team from the south of the country that hopes to create a surprise there. This new season confirms the geographical diversity of the national championship, which brings together clubs from the north to the south of the Kingdom, from Tétouan to Tiznit, via Meknès. The four matches are also played in four different cities, which allows each public to experience their championship day. For teams playing at home, the challenge will be to capitalise on the home advantage and the support of their supporters. For visitors, it will be necessary, on the contrary, to adapt quickly to sometimes demanding atmospheres and show discipline to hope to leave the premises with a positive result. In a championship where every point counts, no fixture can be approached lightly. The newly promoted teams have also shown that they do not intend to just make up the numbers and that they are ready to fight. Beware, therefore, of overconfidence or poor judgement by the big names who could regret it. At this stage of the season, although still early, the fourth day already allows for gauging the first trends. The time slots chosen, 18:00 and 20:00, also allow for following the four matches without overlap, an advantage for football fans who wish not to miss any of the news of the Botola. See you on Saturday at 18:00 for the weekend's kick-off, before a Sunday that will end with the reception of Amal Tiznit by Wydad at the Mohammed V Complex.
