Abdessalam El Khaldi, councilor and former president of the Ouislane commune, has leveled accusations against the Meknes commune and its president, Abbas Loumghari, regarding the failure to extend lines and provide the population with urban transport services, considering that the continued deprivation of the Ouislane population of buses could push them to protest.
