El Ouardi suspends two doctors from Meknes because of "serious failures"
El Houssaine Louardi, Minister of Health, is moving to sanctions against doctors who have failed in their commitment. This is how the provisional suspension of two doctors practising in Meknes was decided. A source at the Ministry of Health mentions as a reason a "serious failure". The latter consists of the refusal to ensure permanence for service needs and emergencies, despite repeated calls from the acting director of the hospital and the ministry's delegate. Another female doctor was also suspended and her salary stopped (except for family allowances, if applicable). The supervisory ministry reproaches her for not respecting her professional commitments.
