Marrakech – The Purchasing Excellence Awards ceremony took place on Saturday in Marrakech, as part of the first edition of the Purchasing Excellence Conference, initiated by the National Purchasing Council (CNA-Morocco) in partnership with CNA-France.
These awards aim to promote remarkable initiatives and actors committed to the transformation of the purchasing function in the Kingdom.
Thus, the "Good Purchasing Practices" Award was awarded to Attijariwafa Bank for the exemplary nature of its purchasing management and performance practices, while the "Purchasing Innovation" Award was given to Marjane for its ability to integrate innovative solutions in the service of the purchasing function.
Société Générale, for its part, won the "Intellectual Services Purchasing" Award, in recognition of its structuring and strategy in freelancing.
The "Purchasing Development" Award was presented to Mitrab Abdellatif, president of the ONA Morocco group, for his involvement, expertise and contribution to the influence of the purchasing function in the Kingdom.
CNA-France, represented by its president Jean-Luc Barras, was awarded "the Friendship Prize", in recognition of the partnership between the two structures, while the "First Public Partner" Award was attributed to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIS) of Marrakech-Safi.
The "First Purchasing Training Centre Partner" Award went to the Higher School of Textile and Clothing Industries (ESITH), as a pioneering establishment in purchasing training in Morocco.
The Commitment Award within CNA Morocco was presented to Abdelkrim Gassib, member of the Management Committee (CODIR), for his continuous involvement since the creation of CNA Morocco.
For its part, the "Coup de Cœur" Award was given to Nassim Belkhayat, Chairman and CEO of NEO MOTORS, for his inspiring journey and his committed industrial vision, while the "Partner Awards" were attributed to "SEMS", "Cost House Morocco" and "Freelance.com Morocco", three awards presented to key partners for their essential support in the success of this first edition.
Organised under the theme "United for ethical and sustainable purchasing", the first edition of the Purchasing Excellence Conference was an opportunity for exchanges and reflection aimed at accompanying the transformation of purchasing practices in a context marked by technological innovation, digitalisation and the imperatives of social responsibility.
The participants in this economic event discussed themes relating, in particular, to "Purchasing of tomorrow: between artificial intelligence, digitalisation and CSR", "Modernisation and efficiency of public purchasing in Morocco", as well as "Purchasing of intellectual services and freelancing: heading for excellence".
