Exhibitions: We Arty combines artistic creation in Marrakech

The Matisse Art Gallery and the Macma museum join the We Arty artistic festival, from 1 to 4 May, in the Ochre City.
At the initiative of actors in the cultural and artistic life of Marrakech, We Arty brings together galleries, museums, institutions, and hybrid spaces dedicated to creation.
'Convinced by the strength of the collective, the participants of We Arty intend to generate a virtuous synergy and a vibrant atmosphere where art and creation are celebrated in all their forms for a weekend,' they announce. The Museum of Art and Culture of Marrakech (Macma) is a private museum.
It opened its doors on 26 February 2016, at the initiative of a passionate gallery owner and collector, Nabil El Mallouki.
