The Royal Mansour Marrakech is delighted to welcome Chef Raphael Rego for an exclusive pop-up from 10 April to 11 May 2025. For one month, samba and bossa nova will resonate through the paths of the Royal Mansour Marrakech Garden, accompanying a vibrant and inventive cuisine.
During his first visit to Marrakech, Chef Raphael Rego felt a deep emotion. He was welcomed with a kindness that reminded him of his native country. Upon his return to Paris, one word haunted him: saudade, that nostalgic longing that finally brought him back here, to Morocco, to share his culinary heritage.
The Royal Mansour Garden is a unique place. Its palm-lined path, the scents of citrus floating in the air, the singing of birds in the morning… remind him of Brazil.
