H.R.H. Princess Lalla Hasnaa visits the "Al Kawtar" Association in Marrakech
Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Hasnaa, president of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection, accompanied by 12 students and a supervisor, visited the premises of the "Al Kawtar" association for physically disabled women on Wednesday in the Lemouassine district in the old Medina of Marrakech.
This visit comes on the sidelines of the 7th World Environmental Education Congress (WEEC 2013), which is being held from 9 to 14 June in the ochre city, under the theme "environmental education and the challenges of better city-countryside harmony".On this occasion, Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Hasnaa visited a canvas bag manufacturing workshop, launched as part of the national campaign initiated by the Ministry of Energy, Mines, Water, and Environment. Explanations were also provided to H.R.H. Princess Lalla Hasnaa about this association, its missions, as well as the objectives for which it was created in November 2006.
