"Atakadao" opened its nineteenth store in the city of Khemisset on Thursday, thus concluding 2024, a year marked by a series of successful openings.
A statement received by Hespress indicated that this opening is part of "Atakadao's" commitment to expanding its network in the regions, in line with the "Vision 2028" strategic plan of the La Belle Vie group.

The same source pointed out that "the Khemisset store is located on a total area of 10,975 square metres, with a built-up area of 5,274 square metres, and includes a sales area of 2,800 square metres, in addition to an outdoor car park with 94 spaces. This project was completed in just 9 months, with an investment of 60 million dirhams; resulting in the creation of 120 direct jobs and 80 indirect jobs".
The statement added that the opening ceremony was chaired by the Governor of the Khemisset Province, in the presence of Hicham Yaacoubi, Assistant General Manager of "Atakadao", and Nawal Benamrou, General Manager of La Belle Vie Group, in addition to many local guests and personalities; reflecting "Atakadao's" commitment to contributing to regional economic development.
The aforementioned source confirmed that "with the opening of its stores in Taroudant, Taourirt, Beni Mellal, Kelaat Sraghna, Nador, and Khemisset, 'Atakadao' has invested over 525 million dirhams during 2024. These projects have resulted in the creation of more than 720 direct jobs and 510 indirect jobs; reinforcing 'Atakadao's' role as a key player in supporting local economic development, protecting purchasing power in the regions, and creating employment opportunities across Morocco".

The same source stated that "Atakadao" is succeeding in Morocco thanks to its excellent free service model, with a cash-and-carry concept designed to meet the needs of professionals and individuals through a "tailored offer for retailers, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and individuals", "wholesale and retail sales", "tiered pricing based on purchase quantities", "attractive offers on hundreds of products", and "an ideal shopping experience".
It is worth noting that "the Khemisset store offers customers the freedom to choose between trolleys for daily shopping or pallets for wholesale purchases. This commitment reflects the provision of the lowest prices, comparable to those in major cities like Casablanca or Rabat-Salé, without passing on additional logistical costs to customers; this approach aims to boost local purchasing power and combat inflation".
The statement indicated that "with this new opening, 'Atakadao' confirms its ambition to expand its network in the regions, focusing on proximity and protecting purchasing power, as its strategy aims to offer high-quality products at competitive prices to its customers throughout Morocco".

It is noteworthy that "Atakadao" is currently present in 18 cities with 19 stores; it is a major player in the distribution sector in Morocco, offering a diverse range of over seven thousand products across a total sales area exceeding 70,000 square metres.
