Extraordinary assembly of the KAC: Adjournment to 24 November of the trial for the cancellation of the AGE
The Kenitra court of first instance adjourned, on Wednesday, to the 24th of the current month the trial brought by Mr. Mohamed Chibar for the cancellation of the extraordinary assembly of the KAC of Kenitra (football section), which had elected, on 1 November, Anas Bouanani as the new president of this club.The trial was adjourned pending the response of Mr. Bouanani to the appeal filed by Mr. Chibar as president of the KAC of Kenitra, the lawyer of the latter, Mr. El Hamdaoui, specified to MAP.In his appeal, Mr. Chibar considers in particular that neither the elected president nor the people who requested the convocation of the extraordinary general assembly meet the required conditions, and asks purely and simply for the cancellation of this assembly and his recognition as the legitimate president of the club.Mr. Bouanani, who has just formed his office composed of 13 members, receive…
