A few kilometres from Immouzer Marmoucha stands Mount Bou Iblane, the second highest peak in the Middle Atlas, a true rampart of exceptional beauty, where permanent snow was once found.

The Immouzer Marmoucha region is mountainous, of the pre-Alpine type, characteristic of the Middle Atlas, unique for: its oak and cedar forests (the most important of which is the Talzemt cedar forest) and other endemic tree species. Regarding ecotourism, and in addition to the forests, the region offers other hydrological and archaeological potential in a medium and high-altitude mountainous context. The complexity of the terrain has made Immouzer Marmoucha a favourite area for hikers and mountain lovers, and this has only been possible thanks to the individual efforts of the local populations.
