Bouznika opens its fantasia to local products

Around twenty cooperatives and associations from the Chaouia-Ouardigha region are present at the exhibition of local products, organised on the sidelines of the 2nd edition of the Bouznika Tbourida Festival, held under the theme "Khayl wa Khayr". Various products are highlighted during this exhibition, notably honey, olive oil, rose products, aromatic and medicinal plants and their derivatives, cactus, clay products, and dairy products. "The great agricultural potential that the Chaouia-Ouardigha region abounds with encouraged us to dedicate the local products space to the cooperatives of this region, in order to promote their products which stem from specific know-how and which represent a potential of national wealth," indicates Mohammed Kharroussi, president of the local Association for the Development of the Horse and Fantasia, initiator of the Bouznika Tbourida Festival.
