Around twenty cooperatives and associations from the Chaouia-Ouardigha region are present at the exhibition of local products, organised on the sidelines of the 2nd edition of the Bouznika Tbourida Festival, held under the theme "Khayl wa Khayr". Various products are highlighted during this exhibition, notably honey, olive oil, rose products, aromatic and medicinal plants and their derivatives, cactus, clay products, and dairy products. "The great agricultural potential that the Chaouia-Ouardigha region abounds with encouraged us to dedicate the local products space to the cooperatives of this region, in order to promote their products which stem from specific know-how and which represent a potential of national wealth," indicates Mohammed Kharroussi, president of the local Association for the Development of the Horse and Fantasia, initiator of the Bouznika Tbourida Festival. This exhibition also aims to allow the participating associations and cooperatives to open up to the experiences of other professional organisations, with a view to expanding the cooperation network at the regional level, specifies for her part, the head of the "Exhibitions" space at the Bouznika Tbourida Festival, Mouna Karimi. The Douari Association for Sustainable Development in Benslimane, specialising in the promotion of honey, dairy products, aromatic and medicinal plants, and various other agricultural products, is one of the professional organisations taking part in this exhibition to make their know-how known to visitors and promote their products.
