The speakers in the opening session of this forum highlighted the importance of involving youth as a key actor in creating sustainable development, and strengthening this participation in various economic, social, and environmental initiatives, noting, in this regard, that innovation and green entrepreneurship represent a fundamental lever for promoting a sustainable economy.

Mr. Habouha pointed out that this vision was embodied in concrete policies and programs, most notably the National Initiative for Human Development, which made supporting youth projects and qualifying them for the labor market a major priority, in addition to establishing vocational training and qualification centers, programs to support startups, and encouraging the effective participation of youth in managing public affairs.
