General mobilisation for the success of the school year in Berkane

The measures and provisions planned to guarantee the success of the 2014-2015 school year were at the centre of a meeting organised recently in Berkane. During this meeting, chaired by the governor of the Berkane province, Abdelhak Haoudi, the participants recalled the speech of H.M.
