The call for tenders for the acquisition of a fleet of 274 new buses by the local development company Greater Agadir for mobility and travel was launched nearly five months ago. Split into four separate lots, the contract is estimated at some 704 million dirhams and is part of the implementation of investment projects linked to the delegated management contract for public bus transport.
According to Jamal Diwany, president of the Greater Agadir group of local authorities for transport and urban mobility (GAMDU), the financial offers of the selected companies are currently being studied.
