Agadir dry port: agreement to be signed next week

The decree creating the Agadir export free zone has just been published in the Official Bulletin. The signing of the agreement relating to this project is scheduled for Monday, 20 January, between the region, TMSA, CDG, ANP, and AMDL in the presence of the Head of Government and the relevant ministers.
The ground is finally prepared for the construction of the future dry port of Agadir. More than a year after the postponement of the review of draft decree no. 2.23.725, amending and supplementing decree no. 2-18-738 of 30 November 2018 creating the Agadir export free zone, this text was published in the Official Bulletin on 6 January 2025 after its validation more than a month ago by the Government Council, following its adjournment to enrich its content during the meeting of 15 November 2023.
