This event, organised by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Marrakech-Safi region, the Regional Investment Centre, and the Near East Foundation - Morocco, aims to stimulate efforts and economic opportunities for female talent.
On this occasion, the First Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Marrakech-Safi region, Abdelmoula Bellouti, emphasised that female entrepreneurship has today become an essential lever for regional economic development.
Mr. Bellouti noted, in a statement to the Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP), that the parties behind this initiative aim to establish a suitable framework to promote innovative projects led by ambitious women, by granting them access to resources, investment opportunities, and the strategic networks necessary for their success.
He stressed the need to support women entrepreneurs in facing the daily challenges they encounter, whether regarding financing, management, or market positioning, adding that this programme is not limited to simple networking, but seeks to create a sustainable dynamic where the exchange of experiences and cooperation lead to tangible and measurable results.
For her part, the President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco, Marrakech-Safi branch, Badia Bitar, highlighted the importance of this initiative, confirming that it goes beyond a simple monthly meeting to become a gathering committed to valuing female talent and providing them with the means to develop.
Ms. Bitar pointed out that highlighting inspiring paths and promoting cooperation between women entrepreneurs would create an ecosystem in which every businesswoman finds appropriate support for her project and assistance in overcoming obstacles.
She stressed that the development of businesses managed by women has a direct impact on economic growth and job creation, confirming that the challenge lies in structuring this step by establishing sustainable support mechanisms, while promoting an inclusive and innovative entrepreneurial culture.
This meeting was marked by rich exchanges, thematic discussions, and networking sessions, which gave participants a unique opportunity to meet key players in the economic field and discover innovative solutions for developing their businesses.
Through this initiative, the Marrakech-Safi region confirms its desire to strengthen female leadership in entrepreneurship and to include this dynamic within a sustainable vision, where innovation and cooperation become drivers for the success of women entrepreneurs in the region.
