Work on the Fes-Taounate expressway is progressing at a steady pace, with a completion rate of 65% for the first section.
This project, which spans 71 kilometres and costs approximately 1.56 billion dirhams, aims to improve connectivity between Fes and Taounate.
The first section, connecting Taounate to Oulad Daoud, over 16 kilometres, is expected to be completed in April 2025.
The second section began in July 2024 and is also progressing.
