Mr. Jamai, who chaired a meeting in Taza on strengthening the investment dynamic at the provincial level, called on all local and regional actors to unite their efforts and work together to improve the investment climate, accelerate the pace of implementation of programmed projects, and activate partnerships between various sectors.
The Wali indicated that the time has come to shift into high gear to strengthen the investment dynamic in the province, confirming that the strategic location of the city of Taza as a gateway to the region and its proximity to the Nador port gives it significant competitive advantages that make it a promising destination for investment.
For his part, the Governor of the Taza province, Mustapha El Maaza, confirmed that the province enjoys, thanks to its ancient history and its strategic location as a link between the regions of the East, West, North, and South, a special status as a promising area of attraction for investors.
He also highlighted the rich civilisational and cultural heritage of the province, as well as its significant natural and tourism qualifications that are considered a lever for economic and social development.
During this meeting, the President of the Fez-Meknes Regional Council, Abdelouahed El Ansari, confirmed that this event falls within the framework of continuous efforts to strengthen communication with local actors and discuss economic challenges and opportunities in the province.
He also noted that the Council is fully committed to supporting the development path in the province by accelerating the implementation of programmed projects and launching new initiatives in cooperation with local authorities.
This meeting, which was marked by the participation of many local and regional officials and representatives of the private sector and public institutions, was an opportunity to highlight the qualifications of the province and call for collective mobilisation to value these qualifications.
