Adopted during a meeting chaired by the governor of the Larache province, Bouassam El Alamine, in the presence of the director of the Urban Agency of Larache-Ouezzane, the regional inspector of urban planning, architecture and land use, the presidents of the concerned territorial collectivities, and members of the Provincial Committee in charge of the delimitation of the Douars' perimeters, these plans concern 18 Douars over an area of approximately 1,259 hectares, falling under the rural communes of Laaouamera, Zouada and Ksar Bjir.
This operation is part of the efforts deployed to promote development in rural areas in the Larache province, and the implementation of the provisions of the joint ministerial circular of April 28, 2023, between the Ministry of National Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy and the Ministry of the Interior, relating to the simplification of the construction procedure in rural areas.
This meeting was marked by the presentation of a report including explanations on the method of applying the provisions of the joint ministerial circular, as well as the procedures and measures followed in the process of delimiting the perimeters of the concerned Douars, with a particular focus on all the consultative meetings and field visits organized to successfully carry out this operation.
The report also highlighted the importance of this operation in facilitating and supervising construction authorizations, since these plans will become a reference framework to better manage authorization files at the level of these Douars, and remain modifiable if necessary.
