Radiant artistic activities within the framework of the first educational and cultural week in Berkane

This cultural and educational event, hosted by the Kharrouba school group (January 13 – 18), aims to provide learners with soft skills to support the teaching-learning process, and to familiarise them with the principles of programming, "robotics", and digitisation in the field of education and training, as one of the gateways to improving educational action.

This cultural and information week includes thematic workshops that aim to build bridges of communication, expand the base of involvement and participation with parents and guardians of students, as well as introduce the youth to the Amazigh cultural component as one of the pillars of Moroccan identity.

This event also constitutes an occasion for learners to express this component by embodying it through clothing, food, and other celebratory aspects such as Amazigh dance and singing that highlight the diversity and cultural richness of the Kingdom.

The programme of the cultural week also includes open meetings with the institution's partners on techniques for fostering a spirit of belonging, activating the roles of school life through sports activities and cultural competitions, developing the creative sense of the youth, and educating them on sincere citizenship.

Hanan Ala, a teacher at the institution, confirmed that this event helps to provide learners with a set of national and personal values, in line with the directives of the supervising ministry aimed at making education and training a societal affair that aims to open the educational institution to its socio-cultural environment, in perfect harmony between it and the rest of the components of the school community.

For his part, the president of the Association of Parents and Guardians of Students at the institution, Mustafa Qadad, praised the importance of this cultural week, which he considered one of the important activities hosted by the school space, as it is a parallel support for classroom activities.

The activities of the first educational and cultural week are being organised in the rural commune of Madagh (Berkane province) under the slogan "Soft skills are a basic gateway to improving the educational process".
